At Geneva O’Connell Notary Corporation, our work is grounded in service, integrity, and education.
We believe clients deserve more than just a signature. Legal documents can feel overwhelming, but our role is to guide you through the process with clarity, patience, and professionalism. We take pride in providing thoughtful advice, careful attention to detail, and a welcoming environment where no question is too small.
Geneva has lived in Dawson Creek since 2005, when she moved here from the Okanagan to teach. She has taught at both Ecole Frank Ross and Crescent Park during her many years with the school district. It was in Dawson Creek that she met her husband, Kelly, and welcomed their three boys.
Geneva completed her Masters in Applied Legal Studies through Simon Fraser University and all the requirements of the Society of Notaries Public to become a member in May of 2021.
Geneva and her team aim to provide the comfort, service, and friendliness that Notaries Public are known for.

Trish Bell

Trish is a Dawson Creek local moving here from Kamloops at age 6 and graduating from South Peace Secondary in 1995. She studied accounting in Kelowna and worked in an accounting office focusing on individual and non-resident income tax while going to school. After 4 years, she returned to Dawson Creek, where she worked at the law firm of Mitchell Schuller as a bookkeeper, and then in 2007 moved to Higson Apps Law Corporation as a conveyancer. Trish stayed there until 2023, when she came to work at Geneva O’Connell Notary Corporation. She has over 17 years in the industry and is an expert in her field.
When Trish is not in the office, she can be found at the golf course, hanging out with her miniature dachshund, Abbey, or with family and friends.
